Your 4-Week Journey Explained


WEEK 1 — Understanding the Doshas
We begin with the Ayurvedic foundation.
Learn what the doshas are, how they affect digestion and cravings, and how to identify your own unique constitution. This week sets the energetic groundwork for intuitive eating.

WEEK 2 — Engaging the Senses
Discover how your senses influence appetite, satisfaction, and presence. You’ll learn how sight, smell, taste, and touch help activate the body’s natural digestion and calm the nervous system.

WEEK 3 — Mindful Dinner Practice
We gather for a shared dinner experience, practicing mindfulness and tuning into the body’s wisdom in real time. This session helps you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect to your natural cues.

WEEK 4 — Integration Meditation
Our final session brings everything together with a guided meditation that anchors your insights, heals old patterns, and creates a long-lasting sense of body trust and nourishment.
