Waxing Rituals


After each waxing ritual, your skin is cared for with intention. We begin with a warm towel cleanse to release any residue and soothe the area. A gentle touch of tea tree oil is then applied to protect against bacteria and prevent breakouts, keeping your skin clear and fresh. To complete the ritual, we nourish your skin with a rich botanical cream — blended from coconut, avocado, and olive oils — to deeply rehydrate, reduce inflammation, and calm any redness. This mindful aftercare transforms your waxing session into a complete cycle of exfoliation, renewal, and restoration.

CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY


All sessions at Where Happy Souls Bloom are prepaid at the time of booking to reserve your spot with intention.
 

Please note the following:
 

✨ All bookings are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of this work and the preparation that goes into each session, all payments are final.
 

✨ Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours’ notice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are considered missed appointments and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
 

✨ No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the full session fee.
 

This policy honors the energy and time invested in your healing journey, while helping me hold this work in right relationship and balance.
