CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY


All sessions at Where Happy Souls Bloom are prepaid at the time of booking to reserve your spot with intention.
 

Please note the following:
 

✨ All bookings are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of this work and the preparation that goes into each session, all payments are final.
 

✨ Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours’ notice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are considered missed appointments and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
 

✨ No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the full session fee.
 

This policy honors the energy and time invested in your healing journey, while helping me hold this work in right relationship and balance.
