Yoga Classes, Soundbaths + Other WOrkshops

I’m Ashley Sprenger, a yoga instructor and holistic practitioner devoted to supporting the body, mind, and spirit. My classes blend mindful movement, conscious breathing, meditation, and neurosomatic awareness to help you feel more present, connected, and at ease in your body.

My approach is fun, supportive, and grounded. I guide you to build strength and flexibility while exploring your practice in a way that feels intuitive, accessible, and aligned with where you are that day.

I offer classes and workshops in the Kelowna and Lake Country area, including Hatha, Warm Yoga, Restorative, and Slow Flow. I also offer sound bath experiences that invite deep rest through vibrational healing and meditation.

My intention is to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and move through life with more clarity, softness, and joy.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice that combines mindful physical postures and breathwork to cultivate balance, strength, flexibility, and inner calm. In this hot class (100 degrees), you’ll move slowly and mindfully through asanas with attention to alignment and breath, while also practicing pranayama to calm the mind and support overall well-being. Suitable for all levels, Hatha Yoga promotes relaxation, stress relief, and a holistic sense of harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

Vibe + Flow

"Vibe and Flow" is a dynamic and rhythmic yoga class that combines the power of music with movement. With an energizing playlist, you will be guided through a continuous flow of sequences that challenge your strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is an invitation to let go, embrace your body's natural flow, and connect with your authentic self. Get ready to sweat, groove, and experience the transformative power of yoga and music. Warm class 88 degrees.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the connective tissues of the body, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints, through long-held passive poses. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, which focus on strengthening and stretching the muscles, yin yoga aims to improve flexibility, increase circulation, and promote relaxation by applying gentle, sustained pressure to the deeper layers of the body.

Chakra Flow

This class will have a variety of postures, styles and breath work.  Start your Sunday off right with connecting within.  Self care, challenges, intentions, chanting, vinyasa flow. Each week you will work with a different chakra.  This class is accessible to everyone and is also a hot class.

Breathe, Meditate, Surrender

A gentle yet profound, soul-nourishing practice to soften, ground, and return to your inner truth. This class invites you to slow down and receive, cultivating a space of deep love and care for yourself. Through conscious breath, guided meditation, and surrendered yin postures, we create space to unwind the body, expand the mind, and access inner peace, allowing for deep inner work and self-discovery.

Vinyasa Flow (Hot)

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, breath-led style of yoga that moves seamlessly from one pose to the next, creating a smooth and continuous flow of movement. Each class offers creative sequencing that links inhale and exhale with standing, seated, balancing, and strengthening postures, supporting flexibility, strength, and mindful awareness. Suitable for all levels with options and modifications offered, this invigorating practice encourages both physical vitality and mental clarity. This class is held in a heated room set to approximately 100 degrees.

Flow + Restore

Slow Flow & Restore is a gentle, nourishing yoga class that emphasizes slow, mindful movement synchronized with the breath. With a relaxed pace and accessible postures, this practice supports flexibility, body awareness, and deep relaxation rather than intensity or exertion. Expect gentle stretches, simple flowing sequences, seated and resting poses, and moments of breathwork and meditation, with props offered to support comfort and ease. This class is suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial for stress reduction, active recovery, and cultivating a calm, grounded sense of well-being.

New and Full Moon Soundbaths

Each soundbath is 90-minutes and invites you to lie down comfortably and be immersed in healing frequencies while being gently guided through a transcendental meditation and transformative energy practice. As the purifying aroma of smudge fills the air, bells, chimes, crystal sound bowls, and tuning fork frequencies create otherworldly tones that support deep states of awareness and cellular-level healing, while your mind follows Ashley’s soothing, hypnotic voice.

 

Gentle breathwork and a body-scan meditation help the group open and receive the sound medicine more fully, allowing the energy to harmonize and expand through guided energy transfer practices that activate your energetic pathways and deepen your connection to self and consciousness. Please bring your own mat and any cozy items such as pillows or blankets to support your comfort.

Supported Alignment

This Hatha yoga class, inspired by the teachings of Eddie Modestini and Yoga On The Inside, focuses on a range of physical poses (asanas) designed to tone muscles, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. Participants will utilize various props to enhance their practice, emphasizing both strength-building and stretching. This class is unheated.

Yoga On The Inside
(Relax Deeply)

Relax and unwind in this gentle, supportive class that guides you into deeper meditation and comfort in each posture. Drawing on the teachings of Eddie Modestini and Kristin Bosteels, this practice uses props and mindful alignment to tone the body, calm the mind, and nurture the spirit. Designed to soothe the nervous system, support restful sleep, and help you reconnect with your body, it’s suitable for all levels and abilities. Take this dedicated time for yourself and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and at peace.
