Self-mastery work is all about tapping into the energies in which allow you to feel at home within your physical vessel. As your current state of being, inspired though practices, I will guide you through during our work together.
Once these practices are integrated you can become a conduit for your own healing.
Quantum physics proves that everything at a molecular level is vibration.
Vibration is energy. We feel energy as emotion.
These practices allow you to access the vibration of care, love, nurturance, softness, intimacy, connection, acceptance, equality, bliss in a comfortable space where you can fully open up to receive the healing.
By doing so you expand your capacity to receive, to love, to understand, to trust, and become more limitless, happy, excited to wake up and live each day.
This intern will affect your biology and have many health benefits such as calming the Nervous system, regulating hormones, decreasing/completely releasing depression, body pain, anxiety, low confidence.

How Does Energy Work?

When you fill your toroidal field, quantum physics states that there is an energy field around everything including you and when you change the state of that to pure, care, kindness, ease, flow you then change your biochemistry.

This energy flows through each of your cells and is another beautiful element of your brilliant design we sometimes forget about because we don't see it. But we know it's there because we are feeling it every moment of every day in how we actually feel in our body.

We feel energy as emotions because we are human and we sense our environment through how it feels as part of our primal instinct for survival and safety.
