​Welcome to Sunset House's Signature Holistic Spa Sessions where you can explore a variety of decadent holistic massage and healing treatments designed just for you. Each personalized session blends guided meditation, sound and vibrational medicine, and the finest essential oils and carrier oils — carefully chosen to honor both your body and the environment.

Choose between 90-minute, 2 hour or 3 hour durational sessions:
90 Minutes = $222
2 Hours = $295
3 Hours = $443

Note: All in‑suite services include a warm foot soak, a soothing tea to sip while your practitioner prepares the space, a handcrafted treat from a local business (cookie or chocolate) and the use of organic, cruelty‑free oils and products.

Holistic Massage

Your session opens with a grounding smudge ritual and the soothing tones of bells and tuning forks, gently clearing your field and calming your nervous system. Through guided meditation, visualization, and shamanic journeying, you’re guided out of the mind and into the body, creating a safe and nurturing space for energetic release, clarity, and deep inner quiet.
 

You then melt into a warm Ayurvedic-style holistic massage, using organic oils and slow, intentional strokes that intuitively respond to where your body needs relief most. Aromatherapy, vibrational medicine, and meditative sequencing work together to ease tension, restore balance, and support emotional and energetic harmony. A 90-minute session includes back body, feet, and scalp massage; longer sessions offer full-body work, including the abdomen and gentle stretching for the arms and neck to enhance detoxification and lymphatic flow.

Foot Reflexology

Foot reflexology is an ancient healing art that uses precise finger, thumb, and palm techniques on reflex points along the feet, ankles, calves, and shins—points that correspond to organs, glands, and systems throughout the body. Originating in Egypt, India, and China, this practice has been used for thousands of years to promote balance, detoxification, and overall wellness. Your session begins with gentle body compressions and rocking beneath a grounding weighted blanket, helping your muscles release surface tension. Tuning forks are then applied to specific acupressure points and energy meridians, signaling safety to your nervous system and preparing the body to fully receive the benefits of reflexology.
 

The reflexology sequence is performed without oils, allowing for deep energetic connection as you drift in and out of awareness, feeling weightless and supported. Longer sessions may incorporate acupressure points on the head, chest, knees, and feet for a more holistic reset. This work powerfully encourages detoxification of the organs and restores harmony throughout the body. The session closes with a brief supportive conversation about the imbalances revealed through the feet, along with simple next steps for maintaining alignment. Throughout the journey, visualization meditation guides you into peaceful states, leaving you feeling light, renewed, and as though you’re walking on clouds.

Head Massage

Your head massage experience begins with deep comfort: you’ll lie supported on a warm massage table with pillows, a cozy weighted blanket, and the grounding aroma of Frankincense filling the room. This sacred essential oil calms the mind, nourishes the skin, and invites a settling sense of peace as you breathe intentionally. Gentle tuning forks are then placed on acupressure points along the chest, face, neck, and scalp, sending soothing vibrations that dissolve mental chatter and soften surface tension.
 

Warm organic oils and a blend of traditional Indian and Western relaxation massage techniques follow, releasing tightness in the shoulders, neck, face, and scalp. In longer sessions, the treatment extends down the arms with rewarding stretches that ease joint and vertebra tension. A grounding body-scan meditation guides you into deeper presence—mind spacious, body rooted—before the session closes with the pure tone of a metal singing bowl from southern India and a gratitude-invoking mantra, gently reawakening your senses.

Breathwork Session

A Breathwork Session is a deeply immersive healing experience that uses conscious, intentional breathing, guided visualization, and gentle body awareness to awaken the body’s natural intelligence. Breath becomes both medicine and gateway—helping you release stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and soften into deeper states of clarity and calm. This practice enhances mental focus, reduces stress and anxiety, and supports emotional resilience, all while improving oxygenation and restoring the body’s innate capacity to heal.
 

In this personalized one-on-one session, I tune into your energy moment by moment, guiding breath patterns that meet your unique needs and intentions. You’re supported in accessing states of release, insight, and inner spaciousness, then gently brought back to full awareness in a grounded, nurturing way. The session concludes with an integration conversation, where we reflect on your experience and explore next steps for continued self-healing. Breathwork pairs beautifully with Reiki and other energy work and can be tailored for emotional release, personal growth, or support through physical or emotional challenges.

Reiki

Reiki is a hands-on energy healing practice designed to clear your field, calm the mind, and amplify inner harmony. As a certified Usui Reiki Master, I guide you through a gentle breath exercise to connect with your energy, preparing your body and mind for a deeply restorative session. Lying comfortably, you receive Reiki across the full front of your body as each chakra is read, cleared, and balanced, while messages and guidance from your spiritual family may come through.
 

Each session is personalized to your current energetic state, incorporating meditative guidance that meets the needs of your energy field in the moment. Afterward, integration practices are offered to help extend the benefits beyond the session, supporting continued healing, balance, and personal transformation.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a deeply restorative practice that combines gentle stretching, rhythmic compressions, and guided movement to release tension and improve flexibility. Using slow, intentional techniques along energy lines, this therapy helps restore balance, ease muscle tightness, and promote circulation while nurturing the body and mind.
 

During your session, you’ll be guided through supported stretches and gentle mobilizations, allowing your body to open safely and fully. This holistic approach encourages deep relaxation, relieves physical and energetic blockages, and fosters a sense of grounded presence. The session concludes with a gentle closing sequence to integrate the benefits and leave you feeling revitalized, aligned, and deeply relaxed.

Hot Jade Stone Massage

Your Hot Jade Stone Massage begins with a grounding smudge ritual, soothing aromatherapy, and the resonant tones of bells to invite deep relaxation. Hot jade stones are placed along the back while tuning forks are applied to the feet, hands, and scalp, sending gentle vibrations that encourage the body to release tension. Guided meditation and intentional language help you settle fully into your body, creating a peaceful, receptive space for relaxation and energetic clearing.
 

The session continues with a luxurious Ayurvedic-style full-body massage, blending warm jade stones and organic oils. Slow, intentional strokes and hot stone placement target areas of deep tension, while aromatherapy and meditative guidance further calm the nervous system. In a 90-minute session, you’ll receive massage on the back, feet, and scalp; longer sessions include front-and-back bodywork, abdominal massage, and gentle stretches for the arms and neck to support detoxification, lymphatic flow, and overall balance.

Sound Healing Session

The Sound Healing Journey is an immersive vibrational medicine experience combining crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, tuning forks, bamboo flute, aromatherapy, and guided meditation. These healing vibrations work on the body’s energy and frequency, softening tension, releasing stagnant energy, and supporting relaxation, sleep, stress reduction, and emotional well-being.
 

In this personalized one-on-one session, I attune to your energy, guiding you into deeper states of release and presence. You’re gently brought back to awareness in a grounded, nurturing way, followed by a brief integration conversation to reflect on insights and next steps. The session pairs beautifully with Reiki and can be tailored to personal intentions or specific needs, including self-development or health support.

Ayruvedic Bundled Massage

The Ayurvedic Bundle Massage begins with a grounding smudge ritual and a warm herbal foot soak, accompanied by theta and delta tuning forks to create a calming, restorative space. Vibrational medicine and guided meditation help your body and mind fully relax, while acupressure points along the chest, shoulders, head, and face are gently stimulated to encourage energetic release and presence.
 

The massage itself blends warm herbal bundles and organic oils applied with slow, intentional strokes, working one half of the body at a time. The heat and herbal essence penetrate deeply, relieving tension, supporting detoxification, improving circulation, and nourishing the skin. Layered with aromatherapy, vibrational medicine, and meditative guidance, this treatment slows the nervous system, restores balance, and promotes profound relaxation, allowing your body to fully heal and rejuvenate.
