Zinzino Oil + Balance Test

My work has always been centered around one guiding principle: the body functions best when it is in balance.

Through my practice, I offer a range of sessions designed to support the nervous system, release tension, and restore harmony within the body. These include breathwork, yoga, sound baths, astrology readings, meditation massage, Thai yoga massage, head massage, reflexology, and other therapeutic treatments.

Each of these modalities helps the body move toward a state of calm, regulation, and alignment.

Many of my clients come to me while navigating anxiety, chronic stress, or health conditions such as arthritis, cancer recovery, or inflammation-related discomfort. Others are athletes who want to keep their bodies performing at their best.

Over time I realized that while these therapies support the body energetically and physically, there is also an important biological component of balance happening at the cellular level.

That’s where the home fatty-acid blood test comes in.

This simple finger-prick test measures the balance between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids in your body — an important marker linked to inflammation and overall cellular health. Modern diets often push this balance far out of range, which can contribute to inflammation, fatigue, brain fog, and many chronic health concerns.

By understanding this ratio, we can gain insight into what’s happening inside the body’s cells, not just what we feel on the surface.

From there, I guide clients in restoring a healthier balance through a scientifically formulated anti-inflammatory marine oil blend, along with lifestyle and wellness support.

When the body’s fatty acids return to a healthier balance, the body often becomes more resilient, calmer, and better able to heal and perform.

My goal is to combine ancient healing practices with modern biological insight, helping people move toward deeper balance — from the nervous system all the way down to the cellular level.

“We can feel imbalance in the body — now we can measure it.”

Who Can Benefit From Testing?

This simple at-home blood test can provide valuable insight for anyone interested in improving their long-term health and resilience.

Many people today are living with silent inflammation, often without realizing it. Modern diets tend to create an imbalance between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, which affects the body’s cellular function.

Testing can be especially valuable for people who are:

Experiencing chronic stress or anxiety
The balance of fatty acids in cell membranes can influence brain health, mood regulation, and nervous system resilience.

Managing inflammatory conditions
Many people with arthritis, autoimmune conditions, or chronic inflammation benefit from understanding their omega balance.

Recovering from illness or supporting long-term health
People navigating cancer recovery or other health challenges often want to reduce inflammatory stress in the body.

Athletes and highly active individuals
Cellular inflammation can impact recovery, joint health, endurance, and performance.

Anyone interested in preventative health
Understanding your fatty acid balance gives you insight into one of the most important markers of cellular health.

The best part is that the test allows you to track changes over time, so you can see whether your body is moving toward a healthier balance.

Why Inflammation Matters

The Hidden Role of Cellular Inflammation

Many modern health challenges share a common underlying factor: chronic low-grade inflammation.

Unlike acute inflammation — which helps the body heal — chronic inflammation can quietly stress the body’s systems over time.

One of the key drivers of this inflammation is the balance of fatty acids in our cell membranes, particularly the ratio between omega-6 and omega-3.

Historically, humans consumed these fats in a relatively balanced ratio. Today, modern diets often push this ratio dramatically out of balance, sometimes as high as 15:1 or even 30:1 in favor of omega-6.

This imbalance can influence:

* cardiovascular health
* brain and mood regulation
* immune function
* joint health
* recovery and physical performance

By measuring this ratio through a simple home blood test, we gain a clearer understanding of the body’s inflammatory environment at the cellular level.

From there, targeted nutrition and lifestyle support can help restore a healthier balance — supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, repair, and thrive.

“My work has always been about bringing the body back into balance. With modern fatty-acid testing, we can now actually measure that balance at the cellular level.”
